We're thrilled to have you join us for our annual Market on Main - Holiday Market! This year, we've infused even more holiday spirit into our lineup of activities, and we're delighted to have your local business be a part of the magic.
For those who are new to our markets, welcome! My name is Haley Reese, and I'm the owner of The Millie Market Venue & The Golden Vanity. Over the past year, our event venue and co-working space has become a beloved part of the community, and we're passionate about supporting local businesses like yours.
Below, you’ll find all the essential information you need as a Millie Marketer for the upcoming Holiday Market on Main - 2024.

Join us during the Bowling Green Community Parade on Saturday, November 23rd from 10AM to 2pm at The Millie Venue, 105 South Main Street, Bowling Green, for a festive and fun-filled day of local business shopping, delectable appetizers, a fabulous beverage bar, hot cocoa to warm your soul, and so much more!
But that's not all! Don't miss the chance to capture the magic of the season with a picture-perfect moment with Santa himself! Whether you're young or young at heart, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss. Photos will be taken by local photographer - Amanda Rahe Photography!

Since the market takes place on November 23, we’re offering a scheduled Meet & Greet night on Friday, November 22, from 3 PM to 6 PM for vendor setup. We strongly encourage all vendors to join us on Friday to set up, as there will be street closures and limited parking on the morning of Saturday, November 23, due to the parade.
If you're unable to attend the Friday setup, please email us at hello@themillievenue.com to arrange an alternative time.

Please remember to inform The Millie Venue of the promotions or discounts you'll be offering for VIP admission. We ask that this offer be different from your general admission deals, as these guests have purchased a special VIP EXPERIENCE. They will receive exclusive early access to vendor shopping from 9 AM to 10 AM, so let's make sure their experience is extra special!

For general admission, we encourage you to offer promotions or discounts that will appeal to all our guests. While VIP attendees will enjoy exclusive early access, general admission shoppers will have access to your deals starting at 10 AM. Make sure your offers are enticing and showcase the best of what your business has to offer to keep the holiday spirit alive throughout the day!

Your Millie Market vendor fee includes your location fee, one boxed lunch, and a mini photo experience showcasing you and your business. The total fee is $100. During registration, we asked if you would have additional people at your vendor setup. If so, extra lunches will be available at $12 per box.
Additionally, your invoice may include the optional Santa Photo Mini Session with Amanda Rahe Photography for you and your friends or family.
The photo included with your vendor fee will be taken at 8:30 AM. The optional Santa Photo Mini Session will be during the time you choice when purchasing through Eventbrite.

The button below is a link directing you to our Eventbrite page. This link will take you to our Eventbrite Event Page. On the right, click the orange button that says “GET TICKETS.” At the top of the next screen you will see a place to add in a promo code.
Use code “MILLIEVENDOR” to reveal the hidden admission tickets labeled "MILLIE MARKET VENDOR FEES" and “BOXED LUNCH.”
You’ll need to purchase one Millie Market Vendor Fee for your business.
The "START HERE" section above outlines what's included, and it's also detailed in the Eventbrite ticket you'll be purchasing.
If you'd like to add-on a Santa Mini Session with Amanda Rahe Photography, please choose one of the two available time slots. Additionally, if you have others helping at your booth on the day of the event and they would like a boxed lunch, please don’t forget to add a lunch for them. One boxed lunch is included in your vendor fees.
